For a community giveaway, should I choose 2.25-inch or 1.25-inch pinbacks? Are either available in a 100-piece pack?

Both sizes work for giveaways. Choose 2.25-inch if you want your design to be easier to read from a distance. If your design is mostly a logo and you’re keeping to a budget, 1.25-inch is a great option. Examples of 100-piece packs include the 1.25-inch Juneteenth Flag “Celebrate Freedom” and the 2.25-inch “I Love my Pastor Heart.” Is your design mostly a logo, or does it have a lot of small text? That can help you decide.

Can I use my own design or logo, or are the pins limited to the designs shown?

Yes, you can send us your artwork by emailing admin@mypinbacks.com. We’ll send you a digital proof with pricing and quote details.

What happens after I send my artwork, and what if the custom print is incorrect?

Before production, we’ll send you a digital proof for approval. We’ll then produce your order according to the specifications, size, color, and details you approved. If the print is incorrect because of a production issue, we’ll fix it. Please email us your order number, clear photos of what you received, and a reference showing what it should have looked like. Custom orders generally aren’t eligible for a standard return unless we confirm a printing or production mistake; in that case, we’ll arrange the appropriate fix, typically a reprint.
